We All Deserve Better.

Urban Patch began with a simple idea, to help make cities better. We are inspired when people come together to build, sustain, grow, and enjoy their communities.

Our work in Rwanda is rooted in the belief that we all deserve better housing, environments, communities,
quality of life, and opportunities.
